Summary of the role:

The FF&E Manager will lead the end-to-end management of FF&E for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with the overall design vision, standards, and project budget. The role involves overseeing FF&E strategy from concept development through procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and installation, while ensuring quality, functionality, and aesthetic excellence. The FF&E Manager will collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, consultants, and contractors to integrate FF&E within the broader project design. Additionally, the role requires managing supplier relationships, leading tendering and negotiations, controlling project budgets, and ensuring timely delivery and installation.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end FF&E process from concept development through procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
  • Oversee FF&E packages across luxury residential hospitality, branded residences, and high-end developments.
  • Develop FF&E strategies aligned with the project vision, standards, and design intent.
  • Manage FF&E schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
  • Work closely with interior designers, architects, and consultants to ensure FF&E specifications meet luxury standards.
  • Review and approve materials, finishes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
  • Ensure quality, durability, sustainability, and aesthetic alignment with project design concepts.
  • Manage the complete procurement lifecycle including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
  • Leverage an established supplier network across international markets.
  • Evaluate vendors and manufacturers based on quality, cost, reliability, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms to achieve best value and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and manage FF&E budgets and cost plans throughout project stages.
  • Monitor procurement costs and implement value engineering where required without compromising quality.
  • Ensure smooth logistics, delivery, and installation of FF&E items.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure installation meets design specifications and quality standards, as needed.
  • Manage FF&E snagging and final handover.
  • Mentor and train junior and senior team members to achieve performance objectives.
  • Hire team members and conduct performance reviews to achieve set goals.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in Interior design, with at least 10 years’ experience in FF&E management.
  • Previous experience delivering large-scale hospitality projects in the GCC.
  • Strong experience within the GCC, European, and US markets.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and furniture manufacturing processes.
  • Established network of regional and global FF&E suppliers and manufacturers, working with high-end international brands and luxury operators.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Proficiency in verbal and written English Language.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office; familiarity with 3D visualization tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and design industry standards.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with ability to think innovatively and execute complete design concepts.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving project issues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor contract management skills.

Working conditions and Environment:

  • The position is office based, in Business Bay, Dubai.
  • The position requires occasional local and international business travel requirement, as per business needs.
