Field Collection Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Field Collection Management: Fully responsible for door-to-door collection of overdue customers to achieve company recovery targets.
• Route & Planning: Develop daily visit routes and field work plans, and monitor team execution in real time.
• Training & Development: Provide training to new and existing collectors on communication skills, field procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Complex Case Handling: Support the team by handling difficult or escalated cases; conduct on-site visits when necessary.
• Compliance Supervision: Ensure team members strictly follow compliance standards and avoid any abusive language, threats, or religion-related sensitive remarks.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly field collection reports, accurately reflecting recovery data.
• Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with the call center, credit risk, and operations teams to continuously improve collection efficiency.
• Customer Feedback Handling: Address customer feedback promptly and escalate complex issues when needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Law, Finance, or Economics preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in field collection/asset recovery, with strong understanding of Pakistan’s field collection market; candidates with local networks are preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; responsible, resilient under pressure, and goal-oriented.
• Able to adapt to long-term fieldwork and capable of basic team management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
