Job Description:

Topspot Media is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Coordinator who is passionate about fieldwork and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit different industrial/manufacturing areas across Lahore.
• Communicate with factory owners/managers to explain the purpose of the project and seek video recording permissions.
• Maintain professional conduct during field visits to represent the company positively.
• Prepare detailed daily reports of field visits, contacts made, and outcomes.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for videography teams once permission is obtained.
• Keep records organized and ensure accurate documentation of each site interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams for follow-ups and planning.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate (minimum requirement).

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven marketing and sales skills.
• Good knowledge of fieldwork and market dynamics.
• Experience: Relevant field experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Other: Willingness to travel and work in the field.
