Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executives to join our fast-growing team. As part of our city expansion and on-ground outreach efforts, you will play a key role in executing local marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and driving user engagement at the community level. This is a dynamic, field-based role ideal for individuals who thrive in active, on-the-go environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute local brand campaigns across residential, retail, and community zones.
• Set up and manage on-ground activations like stalls, banners, and awareness drives.
• Engage directly with potential customers to introduce the app and its benefits.
• Identify key residential societies, colleges, or marketplaces for outreach.
• Conduct event, or society-level micro-campaigns.
• Build rapport with local influencers, shopkeepers, and vendors for visibility.
• Suggest improvements to campaign execution based on field learnings.
• Coordinate with the central marketing or city operations team for resources and updates.
• Conduct basic market research and area assessments to evaluate demand, customer behavior, and local promotional opportunities.

• Requirements
• 1-2 years of field marketing or promotions experience, (Food Delivery or Quick commerce experience is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and interact with diverse audiences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
