- Conduct door-to-door marketing and field visits to identify potential solar customers (homes, businesses, schools, etc.).
- Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and local awareness drives.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team and maintain a detailed lead database.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy, net metering, and system ROI to potential clients.
- Distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, banners) in key areas.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to convert leads into sales.
- Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and update management on field performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and community leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (DAE Electrical / Renewable Energy diploma is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in solar or energy-related sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field campaigns.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of solar systems and net metering preferred (training will be provided).
