Role Overview:

We are looking for a Remote Business Development Executive to:

• Find new clients (brands, startups, service businesses)
• Pitch and close deals
• Drive revenue growth for the agency

This role starts as commission-based during a 3-month probation:

• Earn 20% commission on every project you close.
• Example: If you bring a client with a $1,000 project, you earn $200 immediately!
• After probation, move to a permanent role with fixed salary + bonuses + unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media
• Present and pitch The We Social’s services confidently
• Close deals or schedule meetings with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records
• Work independently but with full support from a growing team

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills (MUST!) — you can sell ideas, not just services
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• Understanding of digital marketing services
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
