Field Operations Assistant
(Full-Time | Portland Metro Area)
We’re a growing property management company seeking a Field Operations Assistant to support our team both in the office and out in the field. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety - balancing admin work with off-site visits across the Portland Tri-County area.
What You’ll Do

Install/pick up lockboxes & organize keys

Pick up mail, make bank runs, and deliver supplies

Meet vendors (appliance installs, maintenance, etc.)

Verify property turns, record walkthrough videos, upload photos

Sort, scan, and email invoices to accounting

Assist with lease prep and document management
What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)

Organized, detail-oriented, and tech comfortable

Able to work independently and on a schedule

Property management or admin support experience a plus
