Field Operations Executive (Grains)

Our client a leading MNC, engaged in Agrifood business, is looking for a dynamic resource for managing their field operations. The role requires manging ground operations related to grains and ensuring smooth supply chain execution in line with company standards and protocols.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Supply Chain / Business or equivalent.
• 02-05 years of Agri-commodity handling experience.
• Hands-on procurement, storage and logistics experience.
• Familiarity with fumigation / pest control.
• Strong vendor managment & reporting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should be able to manage Corn & Wheat procurement and execution with farmers / brokers / aggregators.
• Supervise storage facilities and ensure proper unloading & handling practices.
• Monitor and record moisture levels, silo temperature, and pest control measures.
• Implement fumigation schedules, supervise monitoring, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Coordinate despatch & logistics to enable timely loading and delivery.
• Track shipments and resolve operational / logistics issues promptly.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Support commerical teams with execution inputs and market insights from the ground.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
