Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update factory stock registers (raw material & finished goods).
- Monitor daily inward & outward stock movement.
- Check physical stock vs system stock balance (reconciliation).
- Ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers & vendors for timely delivery.
- Track factory inventory levels & avoid stock-outs.
- Maintain dispatch and delivery records.
- Assist in cost control by monitoring wastage and excess use of materials.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock and supply reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and factory safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA Supply Chain, or equivalent).
- 1–3 years experience in supply chain/inventory control (factory preferred).
