Supply Chain Officer (Factory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update factory stock registers (raw material & finished goods).
• Monitor daily inward & outward stock movement.
• Check physical stock vs system stock balance (reconciliation).
• Ensure timely procurement of required materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers & vendors for timely delivery.
• Track factory inventory levels & avoid stock-outs.
• Maintain dispatch and delivery records.
• Assist in cost control by monitoring wastage and excess use of materials.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock and supply reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and factory safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA Supply Chain, or equivalent).
• 1–3 years experience in supply chain/inventory control (factory preferred).
