Field Recruiter - Male

Experience: 2 - 5 Years experience in Field Recruitment

Qualification: Any Degree

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through field recruitment channels such as job fairs, institutes, training centers, and local networks.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for field staff, technicians, operators, and entry-level roles.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
• Facilitate documentation and joining formalities (Aadhaar, PAN, educational certificates, etc.).
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status reports to HR Manager.
• Build relationships with colleges, skill development institutes, and local job consultants for bulk hiring.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements.
• Support onboarding and induction of new hires at project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,086.00 - ₹25,930.25 per month
