Field Research Officer / Enumerator (Regional)

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data collection, education research, or school-based programs.

Location: Sanghar, Mirphurkhas, Mitiari, Qambar Shahdad Kot and Ghotki (5 per region).

Job Description:

• Administer teacher questionnaires for Grades 3–5 teachers using structured tools.
• Conduct child interaction and reading mini-tasks with students, following ethical and child-safe protocols.
• Support classroom observations by capturing structured data and supporting logistics.
• Assist with school verification tasks under the guidance of the Senior QA Field Lead.
• Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of all assigned tools.
• Coordinate with schools on visit scheduling and on-site logistics.
• Flag any anomalies, access issues, or ethical concerns to the Senior QA Field Lead immediately.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with teachers and children.
• Candidates must have their own laptop and mobile phone, along with reliable internet connectivity, as these are essential for the role.
• Fluency in Sindhi and/or Urdu; ability to work in local contexts.
• High attention to detail and basic data-handling skills.

This is a short-term contract/engagement-based position.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
