Education: At least Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant field experience (fresh candidates with strong skills may apply)

Job Description:

· Conduct field-based data collection from government school teachers and students using approved assessment tools and questionnaires.

· Administer child-level assessments to measure learning outcomes, following standardized protocols.

· Accurately record, verify, and enter data for each child using paper-based and/or digital data collection tools.

· Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of all collected data before submission.

· Coordinate with school administration and teachers to facilitate smooth data collection activities.

· Adhere strictly to data collection guidelines, timelines, and ethical standards set by the project.

· Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all respondents, particularly children.

· Ensure compliance with ITA’s Code of Conduct, Safeguarding, and PSEA policies at all times.

Skills:

· Experience in school-based or community-level data collection is an asset.

· Ability to interact respectfully with teachers, students, and school staff.

· Basic understanding of assessments, surveys, or educational data collection.

· Ability to follow instructions and standardized procedures consistently.

· Basic proficiency in using mobile phones, tablets, or data entry tools.

· Good communication skills in local language(s); basic English/Urdu reading skills preferred.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
