Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving on-ground sales, building dealer/distributor relationships, generating leads, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in field visits to meet dealers, distributors, and customers.
  • Generate new leads and expand the dealer/distributor network for client brands.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Conduct product demos, explain benefits, and resolve queries for prospects.
  • Collect market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to share with the marketing team.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and closures using CRM or reporting formats.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales deals.
  • Support client activations, on-ground campaigns, and promotional events whenever required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of proven field sales or on-ground sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and Hindi/Bengali.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
