About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales in the building materials sector. The role involves meeting builders, contractors, architects, and project managers to promote our products and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
  • Meet builders, contractors, architects, and consultants regularly.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Civil Engineer (mandatory for freshers).
  • Experience: 0–3 years (sales experience in building materials preferred).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits.
