Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for visiting potential customers, pitching products/services, and ensuring sales targets are met in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential and existing customers to present company products and services.
  • Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to the manager.
  • Ensure proper branding and visibility at dealer/distributor outlets.
  • Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, delivery, and payment collection.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales,
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a field sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in local language Kannada, English & Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Education:

  • Any Degree.
  • Candidate should speak Kannada.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
