Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the designated area.
• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Travel: Regular travel within the assigned area to meet clients and support the sales team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in IT product like cloud computing, BulkSMS,Digital Marketing and hardware like Laptop desktop and CCTV products.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.
• Education: Any Degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
