About the Role

Kaamkrew is a fast-growing service marketplace application that connects customers with reliable service providers. We are looking for energetic and confident Field Executives who can visit markets, onboard vendors, and generate new business opportunities for the Kaamkrew app.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong career in sales with high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit markets daily to promote the Kaamkrew app.
  • Onboard new vendors, service providers, and partners.
  • Generate business leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term growth.
  • Represent Kaamkrew professionally in the field.
  • Provide daily and weekly activity reports to the line manager.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Basic understanding of sales or fieldwork (training will be provided).
  • Must have a smartphone.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: PKR 25,000
  • Commission: Very high – earn up to PKR 70,000 per month total (based on performance)
