Job Title: FMCG Sales Executive – Oman Market

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FMCG Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the local Oman market to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our product presence across retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and distributors.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Ensure effective product display, visibility, and brand presence at outlets.
  • Coordinate with the sales support and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals within company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience in Oman.
  • Strong market knowledge and established network within retail and wholesale sectors.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Omani driving license and own vehicle preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
