Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive new business growth within Abu Dhabi’s hospitality market. This role focuses on acquiring restaurants, cafés, QSRs, and hospitality groups through direct, in-person sales activity.

You will own the full sales cycle within your assigned territory and be responsible for achieving defined revenue and pipeline targets.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Development

  • Identify and target high-potential hospitality accounts in Abu Dhabi
  • Execute structured field prospecting plans and venue visits
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Generate leads through field outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Qualify prospects by assessing needs, decision-making structure, and budget

Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signing
  • Conduct discovery meetings with owners, marketing teams, and IT stakeholders
  • Present SaaS solutions aligned to client needs
  • Negotiate commercial terms within approved pricing frameworks
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical or commercial support

Revenue & KPI Ownership

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain strong pipeline coverage ratios
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and forecasting

Market Intelligence

  • Provide insights on competitors and market trends
  • Submit weekly activity and forecast reports

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) signed
  • Number of new accounts closed
  • Pipeline value generated
  • Conversion rates (meeting → opportunity → close)
  • Field activity levels
  • CRM accuracy and forecast reliability

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Abu Dhabi
  • Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to hospitality businesses
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Preferred

  • Existing network within Abu Dhabi hospitality sector
  • Experience selling POS, CRM, loyalty, or hospitality tech solutions
  • Exposure to integrator or reseller-led sales models

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
