Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and trustworthy Sales Executive to support the expansion of our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and contributing to sustainable revenue growth.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage prospective clients through email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings to effectively present our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and deliver customized solutions
  • Conduct market research to assess customer needs and market trends
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations on company offerings
  • Represent the organization at exhibitions and industry events
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while managing objections effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize client satisfaction and results
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience (Outdoor and B2B sales experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong sense of ownership throughout the sales cycle
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and performance-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and MS Office is advantageous

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: PKR 40,000 – 80,000
  • Attractive commission structure: 75% to 100% per sale
