Field Sales Manager

Experience: Minimum 6 years of field sales experience, with experience in the travel or Umrah industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets, with a focus on travel and Umrah services.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and partners, particularly those in the Umrah and travel sectors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Regularly conduct field visits to key regions, building relationships with clients and ensuring the team is performing at a high level in the field.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, particularly in the travel/Umrah industry.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
