Field Sales & Marketing Associate – Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the Nagpur region.
• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistency.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (BFSI/Insurance/Banking preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Must be willing to travel locally in Nagpur.
