Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Officer to join our team. The role involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
