Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective outside sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to excel in B2B sales and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts while fostering strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client experience and drive upselling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to our products.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools for effective territory management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques and direct sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential clients.
  • Experience in retail or inside sales is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
