Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products through cold calls, in-person meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify potential clients and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Gather and share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback with the management team.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records; ensure timely follow-ups and service satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Minimum Diploma or higher in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–1 year in sales or marketing. Freshers are welcome to apply!
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and relationship building.
• Comfortable with basic computer usage and digital tools for reporting and CRM.

Pay Scale-: 15,000-20,000
