Field Service Engineer

Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Field Service Technician to provide end-user support across Windows and macOS environments. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing IT assets, and delivering excellent on-site and remote support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OS/application issues (Windows & macOS).
  • Handle escalated issues from Level 1 support.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user equipment/software.
  • Manage IT assets, inventory, and equipment disposal.
  • Log and track tickets, prepare service reports, and analyze performance data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT support/field service.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for reports/analysis).
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

Nice to Have

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL.
  • Ability to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Flexible to work extended or on-call hours.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
