Responsibilities

• Effectively perform the installation, training, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and repair of the assigned product portfolio,
• Provide high-quality technical support to customers in line with Service Agreement standards,
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, contributing to service strategies and goals in accordance with the win-win principle,
• Utilize company resources (technical, marketing, etc.) efficiently to deliver value-added service to customers,
• Contribute to team success by achieving defined targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector,
• Strong technical and software knowledge,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach,
• Good command of English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong prioritization skills and a proactive mindset,
• Residing in Istanbul,
• No restrictions on domestic travel and holding a valid Class B driver’s license.
