- Oversee a team of Field Services Technicians and ensure that all service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
· Schedule and assign work to Field Services Technicians, ensuring that the workload is distributed evenly. · Monitor the progress of service requests and take appropriate action to ensure that they are resolved within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Ensure that all Field Services Technicians are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all service requests are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of service requests, including the nature of the problem, the action taken, and the resolution.
- Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the Field Services team.
· Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Field Services team. · Ensure that all Field Services Technicians comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security policies.
- Manage and prioritize tasks for the field services team to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor the performance and documentation of all tests mentioned in the Inspection Test Plan at site.
- Filling FIR & NCR and problem solving at site including after sales inspections
- Build a strong and close working relationship with clients.
- Attend progress and coordination meetings to monitor all related project activities.
- Review method statement for site installation.
- Review theoretical training material i.e., presentation, animation, photos, and videos.
- Giving theoretical and practical training.
- Attending customer calls/emails for emergency works
- Conduct, evaluate and witness all testing activities related to the installed pipes.
- Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions
- Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks
- Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents
- Report on unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations
- Develop a safety culture by ensuring all staff comply with HSE policies and procedures
- Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as required
