Job Title: Field Supervisor
Location: Vijay Nagar indore
Job Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site operations to ensure work is carried out as per plan and timeline.
• Coordinate with field staff, contractors, and vendors for daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain daily reports of site progress, labor attendance, and material usage.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and resolve any issues on-site.
• Act as a communication bridge between on-site workers and management.
• Handle conflict resolution and motivate the team for higher productivity.
• Monitor inventory and request materials/equipment as needed.
• Train and guide new field workers as per job requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and report delays or problems promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of field supervision or team management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle pressure.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and basic technical skills (as per industry).
• Proficiency in local language(s); basic knowledge of English preferred.
• Willingness to travel within city/region as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
