We are currently seeking a Field Tech Analyst - Windows OS to join our team in Sydney, Tasmania (AU-TAS), Australia (AU).

Job role & responsibilities:

• This position is suitable for a college graduate entering the workforce in their field of study.
• They understand basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices related to their professional field but may have limited practical experience.
• They handle detailed problems requiring standard solutions.
• They receive general guidance from their supervisor, are assigned specific deliverables, and may work as part of a team.
• Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• Uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client issues and conduct scheduled installations.
• Provides technical feedback to improve service delivery processes.
• May act as a team lead and coach team members occasionally.

Job requirements:

• Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience and education.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required in an office setting.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight domestic or international trips.
