Primary Purpose
The Field Training Coordinator To elevate the product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand representation of retail staff across the company's perfume stores in KSA through immersive in-field training, coaching, and performance monitoring. This role ensures every customer interaction reflects the luxury and artistry of the brand
Key Accountabilities Core
- Conduct on-site training sessions for retail teams (boutiques, kiosks, and department store counters) on:
- Fragrance expertise (Perfumes notes, scent families, layering techniques).
- Luxury selling skills (storytelling, objection handling, closing).
- Brand standards (visual merchandising, customer service protocols).
- Provide one-on-one coaching to underperforming staff.
- Adapt global training materials to market needs (cultural preferences, local trends).
- Create micro-learning modules (e.g., 30-60-minute scent tutorials).
- Develop Arabic/English training content (videos, quizzes, scenarios).
- Monitor KPIs: Conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), mystery shop scores, Social Media Reviews.
- Report on staff gaps and regional trends (e.g., rising demand for specific perfume or low sales).
- Train pilot teams for store openings, ensuring flawless brand representation.
- Certify staff on POS systems, products knowledge and customer approach.
- Ensure adherence to halal product guidelines and Saudi retail regulations.
- Reinforce brand culture (hospitality, discretion, artisan pride).
Qualifications Experience
- 0-3 years in retail training, preferably in luxury beauty/fragrances.
- Good knowledge of perfumery (Middle Eastern notes, Western classics).
- Experience with e-learning platforms (Moodle).
- Exposed to local and regional brands
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of Middle Eastern and Western classics
Language
Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
