• Negotiation:Negotiating offers, contracts, and closing terms on behalf of clients.
• Marketing and Advertising:Marketing properties for sale or rent through various channels, including online listings, open houses, and social media.
• Client Communication:Maintaining open and effective communication with clients throughout the transaction process.
• Administrative Tasks:Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing client databases.
• Due Diligence:Performing due diligence on properties, including researching potential issues and obtaining necessary information.
• Property Tours:Conducting property tours for clients to help them find the right property.
