Job Description:

E Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-driven Field Marketing Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing campaigns, building strong customer relationships, and driving brand awareness in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-the-ground marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through field visits and direct engagement.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Distribute promotional materials and represent the brand at events, stalls, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategic plans and achieve KPIs.
• Collect feedback from customers and competitors to share valuable market insights.
• Report daily/weekly activities, sales performance, and customer interactions to management.
• Ensure brand visibility across assigned territories.

Key Requirements:

• Inter / Bachelor’s degree or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or customer engagement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be flexible for travel and outdoor marketing activities.
• Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
