Position Overview:

We’re looking for seasoned professionals with a background in final expense or life insurance verification. As a Final Expense Verifier, you will pre-qualify calls, verify client information, and transfer live prospects to licensed agents. Your role is critical in streamlining the sales process and ensuring lead quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact inbound or outbound leads who have shown interest in final expense insurance
• Verify client information, intent, and eligibility criteria
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations during the call
• Qualify prospects and transfer live, interested candidates to licensed agents
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance metrics (contact rate, transfers, QA)

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Final Expense Verifier, Life Insurance Telemarketer, or similar role
• Proven experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of final expense insurance products and sales flow
• Familiarity with TCPA guidelines, compliance procedures, and live transfers
• Experience with CRM and dialer systems (e.g., Five9, Vicidial, or similar)
• Ability to follow a script while sounding natural and engaging
