Verifier

Role Overview:

The Verifier is responsible for validating customer details, confirming the accuracy of provided information, and ensuring all compliance checks are completed before a deal or process is finalized. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify customer details including identity, contact information, and required documentation.
• Conduct validation calls to confirm customer interest, intent, and eligibility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during verification.
• Record and maintain verification outcomes in the system with 100% accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies, raise flags, and escalate cases when necessary.
• Coordinate with sales/closers to ensure verified leads are processed smoothly.
• Provide daily verification reports to the Team Lead/Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in verification, telesales, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
