Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions accurately, maintaining checkout areas, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect payments (cash, credit, debit, coupons, gift cards).
  • Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, or tickets as required.
  • Balance the cash register and generate daily transaction reports.
  • Maintain accurate Cash In / Cash Out records.
  • Ensure checkout areas remain clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Welcome customers, respond to inquiries, and provide recommendations.
  • Process refunds and resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Bag or wrap purchases for safe transport.
  • Follow all store procedures and policies for handling transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
