Job Description:

Timezone Watches is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Officer to manage financial records and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and record all daily financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
