Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly disciplined Finance Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and managing end-to-end accounting operations in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Accuracy

• Prepare and finalize monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements within 48 hours of month-end
• Ensure reconciliation between sales reports and bank deposits
• Identify and report any financial variances in a timely manner

2. Bookkeeping & Accounting Discipline

• Maintain full accounting cycle (recording to financial statements)
• Record daily financial transactions with proper classification
• Manage payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
• Ensure all entries are supported with proper documentation

3. Cash Flow & Receivables Management

• Monitor receivables and maintain low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Prepare weekly aging reports for corporate clients
• Track and manage vendor payments to ensure smooth operations

4. Payroll & Expense Control

• Process salaries, wages, and commissions accurately and on time
• Monitor operational expenses (OPEX) against budget
• Report and justify any budget variances

5. Fixed Assets & Inventory Coordination

• Maintain and update Fixed Asset Register
• Record monthly depreciation as per standards
• Coordinate with inventory/production teams for accurate stock records

6. Audit & Compliance

• Conduct internal audits and ensure policy compliance
• Maintain records for external audit readiness
• Ensure proper tax filings and regulatory compliance

7. Investor Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate investor ledgers
• Ensure financial transparency and readiness for executive review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
