Job Description:

Vectra Sy Design Studio is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional to join our team. This role is essential for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting our creative projects through fiscal oversight.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a creative or design environment.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
