Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Accountant and Office Assistant to join our collaborative team. This versatile role balances essential financial tasks with daily office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and easily manages shifting priorities.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years QuickBooks online experience - Experience with multiple entities– intercompany – transfers within intercompany
  • Bank reconciliations experience
  • General ledger experience
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office).
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Positive, energetic team player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  • Process vendor invoices accurately.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
  • Handle bank errands and deposits.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Answer incoming phones professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
