The Junior Finance Officer will be responsible for managing payments, financial documentation, banking coordination, tax compliance, and financial record-keeping for BWT Company and The Baitussalam Foundation (TBF). The role requires expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, banking portals, salary processing, and compliance procedures to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across all financial operations and welfare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, verify, and manage vendor payments, operational payments, and Purchase Orders (POs) in Microsoft Dynamics for BWT Company and The Baitussalam Foundation (TBF).
- Upload payments to banking portals (including Meezan Bank portal), coordinate with checkers and authorized signatories, and publish approved payments.
- Process payments through cheques and online banking platforms as per organizational procedures.
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Report payments of both entities to the concerned reporting authorities.
- Manage payments and maintain complete financial documentation for various Baitussalam welfare initiatives (such as subsidized food projects and other community support programs), ensuring accurate processing and timely fund disbursement.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts (preferably in a non-profit organization).
- Experience handling banking portals.
