We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager who can manage financial operations while maintaining strong professional ethics and alignment with our organizational values.

-----------------Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management
Oversee and process monthly salaries and stipends for employees and interns, ensuring payments are completed between the 1st and 7th of each month.

Gratuity Fund Administration
Manage the 10% monthly gratuity deductions for permanent staff and maintain proper records for refund eligibility in accordance with the one-year service policy.

Employee Final Settlement
Handle the full clearance and final settlement process for employees leaving the organization, ensuring all financial dues are processed 30 days after the regular salary date, subject to successful completion of data handover.

Financial Reporting & Budget Monitoring
Prepare monthly financial reports, monitor organizational expenses, and conduct procurement reviews. Present financial summaries directly to the CEO.

Compliance with Organizational Policies
Ensure all financial processes follow company regulations, including penalties, notice period buyouts, and contractual obligations.

Data Confidentiality
Safeguard all financial and payroll information and address financial matters only with authorized personnel, including department heads and the CEO.

Educational Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Candidates with ACCA, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance) will be preferred.

Technical Skills
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.

Professional Ethics
High level of integrity and strict commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Organizational Discipline
Ability to operate within a structured hierarchy while maintaining professionalism and respect for reporting lines.

Analytical Ability
Capable of reviewing financial records to identify and prevent errors, negligence, or potential financial risks.
