The Finance & Accounts Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role also requires close coordination with auditors and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely settlements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, expense control, and financial transactions.
  • Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
