Job Description
Title: Finance Administrator
Program: Administration FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Worksite: 2021 5th Ave. W, Huntington, WV 25704 Classification: Full-Time
Reports to: Executive Director
Position Summary: Manage the agency’s day-to-day financial operations.
Essential Functions
-
Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the agency.
-
Remain stationary 50% of the time.
Marginal Functions
-
Keep food and labor cost on file for CACFP.
-
Compile and submit reports within established timelines.
-
Respond to any inquiries and return messages within a timely manner.
-
Participate in all required committees, conferences, meetings and training relevant to the program and/or agency.

Participate in ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement activities.
-
Any other duties as assigned.

Education
-
Required: Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in accounting or business administration.
Experience

Required: Accounting experience
Employment Conditions

Successfully clearing the background check process, which may include: criminal background check, education verification, references, drug testing, motor vehicle records, sex offender registry, Child Protective Services check, and federal grants debarred list.

Able to travel as needed.

Business casual apparel.

Environmental Conditions

Indoors in a normal office environment with little exposure to temperature changes at least fifty percent (50%) of the time.
