JOB TITLE:
ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE MANAGER
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month‑end/year‑end closing.
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar tax, regulatory requirements, and application of IFRS or relevant accounting standards.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders, including handling audit schedules and banking facilities.
- Supervise and develop the finance and accounts team, including task allocation, performance review, and training.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications ↓
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; many employers prefer professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance.
- Several years of progressive accounting/finance experience, often 5–10 years, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial analysis, and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Odoo).
- Good understanding of local business environment in Qatar, including regulations, banking practices, and tax rules.

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
