Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant & Finance Professional to manage and enhance our financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle core accounting functions, ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, support budgeting and reporting, and contribute to strategic financial planning. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting management with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and payroll
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with business goals
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and implement cost‑control measures
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management for decision‑making
• Assist in improving financial processes and ERP utilization (Tally)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (ACCA / CPA / CMA / CA) is an advantage
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS
• Hands‑on experience with Tally ERP
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
