Finance Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to support daily financial operations, including bank reconciliations, payment processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Monitor and track all bank deposits, payments, and cash transactions.
• Maintain complete and accurate financial records, invoices, and receipts.
• Ensure all financial data is updated, accurate, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Process weekly payments for approved purchase invoices and expense claims through BACS / online banking systems.
• Manage bank and cash operations, including reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and credit cards.
• Review financial, accounting, and statistical reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation and reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university (CA / ACCA will be preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Finance Officer, Finance Assistant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
