Finance Assistant - Car Showroom

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support the daily financial operations of our automotive retail business. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely payments, and efficient coordination with sales and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Core Functions

• Assist with daily financial transactions including invoice processing, payments, and receipts.

• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies.

• Prepare and reconcile daily sales and cash reports from the showroom.

• Support the finance manager in monitoring outstanding payments and receivables.

Collaboration & Communication

• Liaise with sales and admin teams to ensure correct documentation for vehicle sales.

• Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding payments and billing issues.

• Coordinate with the accounts department to support monthly closings.

• Provide accurate information to internal stakeholders as needed.

Performance & Reporting

• Generate routine financial reports for showroom performance and revenue tracking.

• Flag discrepancies in documentation or entries for resolution.

• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance checks.

• Ensure all financial procedures are followed in line with internal controls.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of finance or administrative experience, preferably in a showroom or retail setting.

• Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic data entry.

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.

Salary & Benefits: Competitive Salary: 3,000 AED to 3,500 AED
