Arancia is a rapidly scaling cybersecurity and technology services company supporting clients across Canada and the U.S. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a
detail-oriented Finance Associate based in Pakistan to support our Accounts & Finance team. This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to smooth financial processes.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles (IAS & IFRS) and practices, excellent organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with the Canadian finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role preferred, with hands-on experience using QuickBooks.
• Canadian Market Experience: Experience with Canadian payroll practices and familiarity with Canadian financial processes is a plus.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
