Finance Associate

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to support our growing finance team. You will assist in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial data across the business. Key responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and invoice processing

- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records with minimal open items

- Support budgeting, financial planning, and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with the Finance Manager

- Calculate and ensure timely submission of withholding income tax, Sales Tax (SRB/FBR), and other statutory obligations per Pakistan tax law

- Prepare payment and receipt vouchers, journal entries, and verify accuracy of all system entries in ERP / accounting software

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, month-end close, and annual audit documentation

- Monitor cash flow, assist with cash forecasting, and ensure working capital needs are met on an ongoing basis

- Support internal controls improvements and policy development; ensure compliance with company finance procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in treasury department

- Professional degree ACCA, CAF, CA, ACMA or equivalent degree

- Excellent Stakeholder management

- Sound knowledge of banking and financial institutions is preferred.
